Description
GSK2334470 is a potent and selective 3-phosphoinositide-dependent kinase-1 (PDK1/PDPK1) inhibitor with a reported IC50 value of approximately 10 nM.
PDK1 activates multiple AGC kinase family members downstream of PI3K signaling, including AKT, S6K, SGK and RSK pathway nodes. GSK2334470 is used to dissect PDK1-dependent signaling with high reported selectivity across broad kinase panels.
