Description
NQDI 1 is a selective apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1 (ASK1/MAP3K5) inhibitor with a reported Ki value of 500 nM.
ASK1 is a stress-responsive MAP3K that activates JNK and p38 signaling downstream of oxidative stress, inflammatory stimuli and endoplasmic reticulum stress. NQDI 1 is used to investigate ASK1-dependent apoptosis and stress kinase signaling.
