Description
ASK1 Inhibitor 10 is a potent, selective and orally bioavailable inhibitor of apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1 (ASK1/MAP3K5) with reported IC50 of 14 nM. It shows minimal activity across a representative kinase panel, apart from weaker ASK2 inhibition.
ASK1 integrates oxidative stress, inflammatory cytokines and cell-death signals upstream of p38 and JNK pathways. ASK1 Inhibitor 10 is relevant for stress kinase pharmacology and inflammation-associated tissue injury models.
