Description
Amcasertib is a first-in-class cancer stemness kinase inhibitor with potent in vitro and in vivo activity against cancer stem cells (CSC). By targeting multiple serine-threonine stemness kinases, amcasertib inhibits Nanog and other cancer stemness pathways.
