Description
ESI1 is an epigenetic-silencing inhibitor that promotes myelin repair and regeneration, with potential applications for treating conditions like multiple sclerosis (MS) and age-related cognitive decline. Also, ESI1 is a selective BBB penetrable HDAC3 inhibitor (IC50 value of 0.245 µM) with the ability to enhance long-term memory in a mouse model of novel object recognition (NOR).
