Description
IWP-2 is an inhibitor of Wnt signaling (IC50 value of 27 nM) by inhibiting porcupine (Porcn), a member of the membrane-bound O-acyltransferases (MBOAT) protein family. ESC self-renewal was suppressed by IWP-2. Additionally, IWP-2 specifically inhibited CK1δ with a IC50 value of 317 nM.
