Description
GNE-781 is a highly potent, selective, and orally bioavailable CBP inhibitor with IC50 values of 0.94 nM, 6.2 nM and 5.1 μM for CBP, CBP BRET and BRD4(1), respectively. GNE-781 displays antitumor activity in an AML tumor model and was also shown to decrease Foxp3 transcript levels in a dose dependent manner.
