Description
NQ301 (Compound 211), also known as Compound 211, is an allosteric, noncompetitive inhibitor of the leukocyte protein tyrosine phosphatase CD45 (PTPRC), with a reported IC50 of approximately 200–290 nM. It shows more than 200-fold selectivity over a panel of related protein tyrosine phosphatases and suppresses T-cell receptor signaling by increasing inhibitory phosphorylation of the Src-family kinase Lck.
NQ301 reduces T-cell activation and inflammation in cellular and delayed-type hypersensitivity models. Independently, it displays antiplatelet and antithrombotic activity by inhibiting thromboxane A2 receptor signaling and thromboxane synthase activity in rabbit platelets. These dual pharmacological profiles make NQ301 useful for CD45-dependent immune signaling as well as platelet and thromboxane-pathway research.
