Description
AZD3463 is a potent inhibitor of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) with additional activity against IGF1R. It shows activity in ALK-driven preclinical models, including systems with resistance to crizotinib.
ALK rearrangements and activating lesions drive subsets of lung cancer, lymphoma and neuroblastoma, while IGF1R signaling can support survival and resistance. AZD3463 is relevant for oncology kinase pathway studies and resistant ALK model profiling.
