Description
6-Hydroxybuspirone hydrochloride (BMS528215) is a major active metabolite of buspirone and a 5-HT1A receptor partial agonist. It has higher reported exposure than buspirone and is believed to contribute to buspirone-associated anxiolytic pharmacology.
