Description
RI-1 is a specific RAD51 inhibitor that disrupts RAD51-mediated homologous recombination and DNA repair.
RAD51 promotes strand invasion and exchange during homologous recombination repair of DNA double-strand breaks. RI-1 is useful for studying RAD51 target engagement, DNA repair inhibition and synthetic-lethality strategies in cancer research.
