Description
N6022 is a potent, specific and reversible S-nitrosoglutathione reductase (GSNOR) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 8 nM and a Ki value of 2.5 nM.
GSNOR regulates S-nitrosoglutathione levels and protein S-nitrosylation, linking nitric oxide biology to redox signaling, inflammation and airway physiology. N6022 is used to study GSNOR-dependent modulation of NO signaling.
