Description
TG003 is a potent and specific Cdc2-like kinase (CLK) family inhibitor with reported Ki of 10 nM for mClk1/Sty and nanomolar activity against multiple CLK isoforms.
CLK kinases regulate serine/arginine-rich splicing factor phosphorylation and alternative splicing. TG003 is used to study splicing control, kinase-dependent RNA processing and therapeutic manipulation of abnormal splicing.
