Description
MK 677 (Ibutamoren) is a potent, orally active ghrelin receptor (GHSR1a) agonist and growth hormone secretagogue.
Ibutamoren mimics ghrelin signaling to stimulate pulsatile growth hormone release and increase downstream insulin-like growth factor 1. It is used in endocrine, appetite, body-composition and growth-hormone-axis research.
