GMC 2-113 is a selective 5-HT1B receptor antagonist with reported selectivity ratios of 5-HT1B (IC50: 6.3 nM) versus 5-HT1D (IC50: 400 nM) up to 63 based on IC50 affinity comparisons. It is useful for distinguishing 5-HT1B-mediated responses.
