Description

Grapiprant is a potent, selective, competitive and orally bioavailable prostaglandin EP4 receptor antagonist with Ki values of 13 nM and 20 nM for human and rat EP(4) receptors, respectively. Grapiprant produces antihyperalgesic effects in animal models of inflammatory pain.
