Description

Ena21 hydrochloride is a selective and competitive inhibitor of ALKBH5 with an IC50 value of 15.7 μM. Ena21 had little inhibitory activity for fat mass and obesity-associated protein (FTO), which is another N6-methyladenosine demethylation enzyme.
