Description

Soraprazan is a highly potent, reversible, and fast-acting inhibitor of gastric H+, K+-ATPase with a Ki value of 6.4 nM and an IC50 value of 0.19 μM in isolated gastric glands. Potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB).
