Description
OPN-9652 is a potent, orally active and covalent TEAD inhibitor with an IC50 value of 5 nM. In SOX10-deficient cells OPN-9652 reduces TEAD-dependent reporter activity and expression of TEAD targets, CTGF and CYR61. In vivo, OPN-9652 delays the onset of acquired resistance to BRAF inhibitors and MEK inhibitors from minimal residual disease
