Description
Canagliflozin is a highly potent and selective SGLT2 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 2.2 nM (hSGLT2). Canagliflozin showed pronounced anti-hyperglycemic effects in high-fat diet fed KK (HF-KK) mice.
