Description
Zagociguat is a first potent brain-penetrant soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) stimulator with EC50 values of 66 nM (GloSensor luciferase assay) and 46 nM (cGMP assay of rat primary neurons). Zagociguat improved neuronal activity, mediated neuroprotection, and increased cognitive performance in preclinical models.
