Description
NVS-ZP7-4 is a ZIP7 inhibitor and the first reported chemical tool to probe the impact of modulating endoplasmic reticulum (ER) zinc levels and investigate ZIP7 (SLC39A7) as a novel druggable node in the Notch signaling pathway.
ZIP7 is an intracellular zinc transporter that regulates zinc release from the endoplasmic reticulum and contributes to cellular signaling processes. NVS-ZP7-4 provides a valuable tool for studying zinc homeostasis, ER function, and Notch pathway biology.
Key Features
- ZIP7 (SLC39A7) inhibitor
