Description
TAC is a TERT activator that upregulates TERT transcription via the MEK/ERK/AP-1 cascade. TAC restores TERT levels to promote telomere maintenance and reprogram gene expression. Furthermore, TAC reduces senescence/inflammation and increases neurogenesis/cognition in aged mice.
