Description
AH2-14c is the first potent, selective and cell-active DNA demethylase ALKBH2 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 1.787 µM. AH2-14c exhibited notable anti-survival, anti-proliferative and anti-migratory properties in U87 cells while promoting apoptosis of U87 cells.
