P3FI-90 is a KDM3B inhibitor which suppresses the growth of FP-RMS in vitro and in vivo through downregulating PAX3-FOXO1 activity. P3FI-90 demonstrated improved solubility and potency in comparison with the structurally similar P3FI-63 (Axon 4189).
