Description
Z29077885 hydrochloride is a potent serine/threonine kinase 33 (STK33) inhibitor with and IC50 value of 0.2367 μM and showed anticancer efficacy in various cancer cells. Z29077885 induces apoptosis via deactivation of the STAT3 signaling pathway, and induces cell cycle arrest at the S phase. Z29077885 is also an antiviral agent. The free base form Z29077885 (Axon 4239) is also available.
