- MW: 358.46
Description
SGC-STK17B-1 is a potent, selective and ATP-competitive STK17B inhibitor with an IC50 value of 43 nM. SGC-STK17B-1 was developed as a high-quality chemical probe for investigating the biological functions of STK17B, a member of the death-associated protein kinase (DAPK) family.
STK17B, also known as DRAK2 (DAPK-related apoptosis-inducing protein kinase 2), is a serine/threonine kinase implicated in T-cell activation, immune regulation, apoptosis, and cancer biology. As a relatively understudied "dark kinase", STK17B has emerged as a potential therapeutic target in autoimmunity, inflammation, and cancer. SGC-STK17B-1 provides a valuable tool for studying STK17B-dependent signaling pathways and target validation in cellular systems.
