Description
GSK837149A (GSK837149) is a potent and selective inhibitor of human fatty acid synthase (FAS) with a Ki value of 30 nM. It is the first inhibitor selectively targeting the FASN complex β-ketoacyl reductase (KR) domain over other catalytic domains.
