Description
AIM 100 is a selective Ack1/TNK2 tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It inhibits Ack1 activity and suppresses Ack1-dependent androgen receptor Tyr267 phosphorylation and recruitment to the ATM enhancer.
Ack1 links receptor tyrosine kinase inputs to androgen receptor signaling, survival pathways and transcriptional regulation in cancer models. AIM 100 is useful for studying Ack1/AR/ATM signaling and TNK2-dependent oncogenic pathway biology.
