Description
PY-60 is a robust and specific activator of YAP transcriptional activity by targeting annexin A2 (Kd value of 1.4 µM). PY-60 treatment liberates annexin A2 (ANXA2) from the membrane, ultimately promoting a phosphatase-bound, nonphosphorylated and transcriptionally active form of YAP.
