OATD-01 is a first-in-class, highly potent and selective CHIT1 inhibitor with an IC50 value of 23 nM. OATD-01 shows both an excellent PK profile in multiple species and selectivity against a panel of other off-targets. Furthermore, antifibrotic properties of OATD-01 were confirmed in a pulmonary interstitial fibrosis model induced by bleomycin.
