Description
CC81 is an active metabolite of ISR activator compound A8 (Axon 4461) which selectively activates the ISR by binding RIG-I . Unlike A8, the CC81 metabolite does not induce lipid droplet clearance and enhances IFN signaling in the presence of dsRNA.
