Description
SB 273779 is a selective nonpeptide CGRP1 receptor antagonist with Ki values of 310 and 250 nM for (125)I-labeled CGRP binding to SK-N-MC and human cloned CGRP1 receptor, respectively. SB 273779 is the more active (+)-enantiomer of racemate SB 268262 (Axon 1145).
