Description
HDL376 is a potent and orally active scavenger receptor class B type I (SR-BI) inhibitor. Moreover, HDL376 is a potent blocker of lipid transport (BLT) in cultured cells, inhibiting SR-BI-mediated lipid transport with an IC50 of ~1 mM.
