Description
ML 130 (Noditinib) is a potent and selective NOD1 inhibitor used to block NOD1-dependent innate immune signaling.
NOD1 is an intracellular pattern-recognition receptor that senses bacterial peptidoglycan fragments and activates NF-κB and inflammatory pathways. ML 130 is useful for studying host-pathogen signaling, NLR biology and inflammatory pathway regulation.
