Description
ICI 192605 is a potent, selective and orally active thromboxane A2 receptor (TP) antagonist.
The thromboxane TP receptor mediates platelet activation, vasoconstriction, bronchoconstriction and prostanoid-driven inflammatory responses. ICI 192605 is used to define TP receptor contributions in cardiovascular, pulmonary and platelet pharmacology.
