Description
N 0734 hydrochloride is a potent and selective dopamine receptor agonist and a derivative of rotigotine/N-0437. The compound has been described alongside N-0434 and N-0437 as a dopamine agonist lacking significant α2-adrenoceptor activity.
Dopamine receptor agonists that are separated from α2-adrenoceptor activity are useful for dissecting dopaminergic responses from adrenergic effects. N 0734 hydrochloride is applicable in studies of dopamine receptor selectivity and ligand structure-activity relationships.
Key Features
- Potent and selective dopamine receptor agonist
