Description
(S)-(+)-Dimethindene maleate is a potent and selective M2 muscarinic receptor antagonist with a pKi value of 7.78. (S)-(+)-Dimethindene maleate probably also plays a crucial role in promoting trophoblast lineage differentiation potential of pLCDMs.
The R-enantiomer, (R)-(-)-Dimethindene maleate (Axon 3871) and racemate Dimethindene maleate (Axon 3812), are also available.
