Description
CIB-L43 is a highly potent, orally bioavailable TRBP inhibitor (EC50 value of 0.66 nM) which demonstrated superior TRBP binding affinity (KD value of 4.78 nM) and enhanced disruption of TRBP-Dicer interactions (IC50 value of 2.34 μM). CIB-L43 effectively disrupts the TRBP-Dicer interaction, modulating miRNA biogenesis and inhibiting oncomiR-21-mediated activation of the AKT/mTOR and TGF-β/Smad pathways.
