Description
SLU-PP-332 is a pan ERRα/β/γ agonist with EC50 values of 98 nM, 230 nM and 430 nM for ERRα, ERRβ and ERRγ, respectively. SLU-PP-332 has the ability to function as an exercise mimetic and improves muscle and metabolic function both in vitro and in vivo. SLU-PP-332 has sufficient pharmacokinetic properties to be used as an in vivo chemical tool.
