Digoxigenin bisdigitoxoside

Description

A metabolite of Digoxin (Axon 1649). Digoxin is a heart medication. Digoxin is also used as a standard control substance to test for p-glycoprotein inhibition.
Recent studies show that digoxin acts as inhibitor of HIF-1α synthesis, reduces protein levels and thus slows tumor growth in mice.
