How to Order

Online ordering our products is most convenient

  1.  Find a product and its prices of standard packed sample sizes from our webshop. You may search products of your interest by name, CAS number or Axon product ID by using the search box which is at the top right of our website always, or use the main menu to simply browse through our product categories based on biological targetsignalling pathway, or research area. You may also use the 'Quick Order Box' to type the product ID of your choice, if you already knew the specific product and its Axon ID in advance.
  2. Add the product of your interest to the shopping cart. If you can not find your desired product or standard sample sizes do not meet your requirements, please contact us; it migh be in development or a custom synthesis opportunity.
  3. Check the contents of your shopping cart. If not satisfactory, you may adjust the quantity of samples of the selected size by using the dropdown box in the column titled ‘Qty’ (setting to zero will delete the particular item from the shopping cart). If not the preferred sample size is selected by default (smallest sample size available), you may check other sample sizes by selecting the hyperlink to the product page in the column ‘Listing Name’. You may add more products by selecting the ‘Continue Shopping’ hyperlink on the bottom left of your shopping cart.
  4. If satisfactory, you may continue the order process by selecting the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. In case you are a returning customer, use the link ‘Already registred? Click here to login’. Are you a new customer? Please fill in all the fields marked with a red asterix. At the bottom, tick the box ‘Create an account for later use’ for your convenience. If applicable, please tick the box ‘Ship to billing address’. Otherwise, If your shipping address is not identical with your billing address, please complete the form by filling all the fields marked with a red asterix.
     

Purchase orders can be accepted by e-mail or fax as well

  1. Purchase order via your procurement system: Please inform us PO#, item description and quantity, shipping/billing addresses, contact telephone and Tax ID of your organization.
  2. Purchase order by credit card payment: Besides ordinary information, you may provide card information including card holder name, number, expiration date and CVV code by phone or fax. We can accept all major credit cards.

Alternatively, orders are accepted by e-mail or fax as well. Orders are generally processed and shipped within one working day after receiving a purchase order, if stock is sufficient. Detailed trading information (bank account name and number) will be send to registered customers upon ordering one of our products.

For EU customers please make sure to include your valid V.A.T. number on your purchase order.
 

Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and shipped within one working day after receiving a purchase order, if stock is sufficient and buyer information has been confirmed. Our detailed trading information (company registration and bank account information) will be informed in our invoice.

For frequent buyer(s) of our products, we are glad to complete vendor registration with your organization. Our trading and financial information can be send in advance of your order placement. For US customers, we can provide W-9 form to your organization.

For EU customers please make sure to include your valid V.A.T. number on your purchase order.
