Description

Salubrinal is a selective inhibitor of cellular complexes that dephosphorylate eukaryotic translation initiation factor 2 subunit α (eIF2α). Salubrinal also blocks eIF2a dephosphorylation mediated by a herpes simplex virus protein and inhibits viral replication.
