Description

(S)-BI 2536 is a dual PLK1 kinase/BRD4 bromodomain inhibitor with Ki values of 0.42 nM and 54 nM for PLK1 and BRD4, respectively. (S)-BI 2536 is the less active enantiomer of BI 2536 (Axon 1129, R-enantiomer).
