Description

TAK-632 is a potent and selective pan-RAF inhibitor targeting B-RAF V600E (IC50 = 2.4 nM), C-RAF (IC50 1.4 nM) and VEGFR (IC50 = 160 nM), displaying significant cellular activity against mutated BRAF and mutated NRAS cancer cell lines.
