Hydroxy-Dynasore is a cell-permeable dynamin and endocytosis inhibitor. Hydroxy-Dynasore inhibits dynamin I and II with IC50 values of 0.38 µM and 2.3 µM, respectively. Also, Hydroxy-Dynasore is a potent MUS81-EME1/2 inhibitor.
