GLPG1690

Description

GLPG1690 is a first-in-class, potent autotaxin (ATX) inhibitor with a Ki value of 15 nM. GLPG1690 demonstrated signiﬁcant activity in the mouse BLM-induced ﬁbrosis model at doses of 10 and 30 mg/kg twice a day, with an efficacy comparable or superior to that of the reference compound pirfenidone.
