Treatment of 1,5-Isoquinolinediol significantly blocked mitochondrial membrane potential loss and AIF (apoptosis inducing factor) and cytochrome c release from the mitochondria. 1,5-Isoquinolinediol did not suppress pristimerin-induced JNK activation.
