Biological Activity:
Specific ATM inhibitor; no inhibition of PI3K or PI3K-like protein kinases (PIKK) or Abl kinase in cells; does inhibit cellular ATM-dependent phosphorylation events and disruption of ATM function resulted in characteristic cell cycle checkpoint defects; highly recommended tool to rapidly and revesibly regulate ATM activity.
