PDE4 inhibitor, more active R-enantiomer of Rolipram (Axon 1212) in comparison with (S)-(+)-Rolipram (Axon 1432).
* Rolipram is an anti-inflammatory drug; also with rich CNS profile, such as antidepressive, antipsychotic effects and/or neuroprotection.
